Boopoo Return Policy
At Boopoo, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your Boopoo product, you may return it for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility for Return
Return Period: You have 45 days from the date of the original purchase to return your Boopoo product.
Condition of Return: The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation, to qualify for a full refund. The product should show no signs of wear or damage.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to process your return.
Initiating a Return
To start your return, please reach out to our Boopoo Customer Support team at cec@boopoocare.com. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to facilitate the return process.
Return Shipping Options
For camera products, Boopoo offers a prepaid shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure that we receive the returned product(s) within 10 days of issuing your RMA number.
If you choose to return the product using your own shipping method, please contact Boopoo Customer Support for RMA instructions. In this case, a $10 processing fee will be applied. Non-camera products, such as accessories, will incur a $7.50 return shipping fee for each item returned.
Key Return Information
Products eligible for return must have been purchased directly from our official website, www.boopoocare.com. Items bought from other retailers or websites should be returned to the original place of purchase under their return policies.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Boopoo is not liable for any loss or damage during the return shipment.
Returns sent to Boopoo without an RMA, after the 10-day RMA period, or without proper packaging may be refused or subject to additional fees at Boopoo’s discretion.
Refund Processing
Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. Please note that any shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
